A classic pair of vintage Ful-Vue rimless eyeglasses, marked Gaspari 1/10 12K GF (gold-filled) on the bridge. These date to the earlymid 20th century, when Ful-Vue glasses were very popular in the U.S. for their innovative hinge design.
Brand/Markings: Gaspari, Ful-Vue, stamped 1/10 12K GF (indicating 1/10th 12K gold-filled construction).
Rimless, round lenses, Ful-Vue bridge design.
Fine wire temples with curved cable ends to wrap securely around the ears.
Nose Pads: Early plastic/nylon pads intact.
Case: Original hard case, lined in blue velvet, stamped inside The Harvey & Lewis Co. Opticians New Haven, Conn. with an early return/reward label.
Glasses are intact and structurally sound. Lenses appear original, with light wear from age.
Gold-filled frame shows normal surface wear and patina but no major damage.
Case is worn and faded but solid, with visible markings inside.
