Overall Great Condition, I had the coat stored in my warehouse for a while where it was subjected to extreme cold conditions, This caused the faux leather on the belt and under the collar to start cracking, So I took the coat to my seamstress who removed the top layer lining so it would not flake long term while wearing, Luckily the underneath material is black so it can still be worn without looking off, and the underneath collar was never noticeable to begin with, but its also black like the color of the faux leather. Recently had to coat dry cleaned so it is ready to be worn!
