Used and in good overall condition. The games themselves are in rough shape. They all still play perfectly, but the cases themselves are in rough shape. Found them in my storage. The Xbox itself is in great shape. The power brick is brand new and the two controllers are brand new. Only issue is the disc. Tre has the typical issue where it opens when it wants to. Sometimes it opens and closes fine and other times it gets stuck. Pretty normal Xbox issue. Overall, it works good and plays great with no issues.
