Size large tall. The buttons are coming a bit loose. It is fit for very bitter cold. It is not a lightweight jacket. It has a heavy, thick beautiful lining that we never see in stores today. The lining is like new given it's age.
Would be perfect for someone who has horses and has to feed them. That’s what it reminds me of.

21 1/2 inches across at bust
31 inches top of shoulder to bottom
From the neck to the top of the sleeve is 6 inches (the shoulder area). Once you are at the top of the sleeve to the bottom of the sleeve is 25 inches.
