This listing is for a very striking retro tablecloth. Per design characteristics I would date it to the 1960s or 70s. Love the striking "burnout" velvet design consisting of foliage and berries. The background weave appears to be synthetic, the velvet raised areas might be a cotton blend, whereas the fringe/pompoms appear to be cotton. The tablecloth might have been made by a home seamstress. There are plenty of imperfections within the execution of this piece. :-)
Structurally, this tablecloth is in great condition. Cosmetically, however, there are a number of slightly discolored spots. The tablecloth measures slightly over 80" in diameter (fringe included).
