1960s Vietnam USN Navy USS Bauer DE-1025 wood Ship's Plaque 12" Named
This is consigned by the original owner and recipient. He had a long active and reserve Naval career. Finally retiring as a captain. Name will be released to the purchaser. This measures 12" long. Plaque is made of wood and has the ships logo in the center. The logo is paste or chalk ware. The logo has some chips and is painted. The wood has light storage wear. I have not seen another one of these. We have a couple of other plaques from this consigner listed as well as the "cruise" book from this ship.
