This is a wonderful true 1950s vintage glorious Swanson by forever Young Rockabilly party dress.
No fiber, content tag, this is a moth, pink color lace over matching satin, very unique peek-a-boo/keyhole style neck line, short sleeves, fitted at the waist, full flare skirt, metal side waist zipper, this is marked size 12 1/2, but according to an online sizing chart that should fit a 6/8 modern size, but please refer to the actual measurements below for a proper fit –

This is in very nice condition, strong fabric and lace, the only flaw I can find is there is an ink spot located at an under arm, please refer to the last two images, I find no other damage, stains holes or tears.
This comes from my smoke and pet free home.
