Vintage Signed Lalique France St. Cloud Acanthus Leaf Pedestal Vase

Does have a small chip on the rim of the vase and a couple very small bubbles that may be a defect from manufacturing. They look as if they are in the crystal. It is shown in the last three pictures. This is a very heavy piece
