All games have minimum scratches but all are tested and works well. The system works as it should, but the disc insert area is a little slow and sometimes you need to assist the disc into the system. Common issue with this model. Another issue is the HDMI port is a little loose. Not loose enough where you have to hold it in to work, but it will not work if you keep moving the cord around. Another common issue with this model. Still works great if you just plug it in and don't move the console around.
