Vintage 60s or 70s knit maxi dress by Rare Birds. Sweater upper features an argyle pattern, with elastic bishop sleeves and a mock neck in a tan that matches the long skirt. Back zipper and hook and eye closure. Two small mark on back skirt, I took close ups and one far away - see last three pics.
Dress says size 16, but vintage sizing runs small, so I would say closer to a large. Nice amount of stretch.
