This item powers on when plugged in with the charger but dies once the charger is removed, likely needs a new battery but I can't say 100% if that will fix the issue. When I first powered it on it had an ER1 code noting that the internal battery needs to be replaced.
The antenna is white faded and has cracking to the rubber.
Cosmetically it's in good shape with normal age use wear, no cracks or chips noticed. All the buttons appear to work as they should.
Again this only powers on now while plugged in with included and got static sound on various channels.
