Original vintage film poster half sheet (22”x28”) for “Easter Parade ”, the classic 1948 MGM musical starring Judy Garland, Fred Astaire, Peter Lawford & Ann Miller with songs by Irving Berlin. The film contains some of Astaire's & Garland's best-known songs, including "Easter parade", "Stepping Out With My Baby" & "A Couple of Swells", all by Berlin. A critical and commercial success, Easter Parade was the highest-grossing musical film of 1948, and the second-highest grossing MGM musical of the 1940s, after “Meet Me in St. Louis”.
Vintage original 1948 movie poster half sheet (22”x28”) for romantic musical classic “Easter Parade” was in very fine- condition prior to paperbacking. Prior to paperbacking, the poster had minor tears, creases & tiny paper loss around edges. The poser still shows a center crease but, other than that, looks pretty fantastic. It has vibrant color, images & artwork.
