Beautiful hand decorated beaded purse by Veldore' of Houston. The outside and handle is black velvet with satin lining on the inside I believe! Made late 40's early 50's. In perfect condition other than part of the handle as shown in photo. Price is firm, if making an offer please be reasonable!
