Extremely stretchy elastic waistband with an inner drawstring. Tag says it can fit waists between 23in/58cm to 42in/107cm. Fits my 30in/77cm waist and can go over my 42.5in/108cm hips.

Super fluffy petticoat intended to be worn on its own as a skirt but able to be used under other dresses for extra poof. Perfect for lolita and other styles of Japanese fashion! This skirt has four layers, with two middle layers of fluff and a 100% cotton inner layer. It's so sturdy it can stand up on its own. Made by the brand Ronova which had a boutique in downtown LA until 2019 but nowadays seems to only sell at conventions (no online store). Bought form Otakon in 2022.
