Gorgeous, dark, heavy, and warm. Possible nurse’s cape. Unsure of exact age but probably post 1950s. It appears to be handmade- there are no evidence of any tags. Satin lining and wool melton cloth perhaps on the outside. It feels like short fur, but looks like felt wool on the inner side. Could fit multiple sizes. I’m a medium and it could easily fit a large/lx or someone smaller. No packets or arm holes. Approximate measurements lay flat: shoulder: up to 20” length: 38” width at bottom: 46”
