A rare and unique chance to own a piece of history. Sandwich or afternoon cake stand from Edward F Bodley & Son dating back to between 1881 and 1895. Measures approx 10.5” by 8” and 3” in height with the pedestal.
This was made at the Scotia Pottery, Burslem in Staffordshire. Depicting orchids in bloom, some foliage and colourful butterflies. Gently ruffled edges.
In an overall great antique much loved and preserved pristine condition no chips or cracks. Item is approx 120 years old.
