Here's something you don't see everyday! Tape contains original Japanese TV broadcasts of the Pokémon cartoon (2 hours worth), with rare and wild Japanese commercials.
PLUS what is (as far as I can tell, I don't speak Japanese) some kind of fictionalized drama retelling the life of manga artist Osamu Tezuka, creator of Astroboy, that blends live action and animation.
These are all in original Japanese with no English subtitles, of course. TONS of crazy commercials, including surprise appearances by American celebs like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Meg Ryan. The images in this listing comprise but a small sampling of the treasures to be found within this tape.
Played on my VCR without issues. I can’t speak for all VCRs so ymmv. No mold.
Full runtime is about 4 hours and 45 minutes.
