Duchin Creations (sometimes “Duchin Creation” or “Duchin Creations”), a company based in New York.
Era: Mid-20th century (1940s–1950s) is when many of these were made.

Material: Sterling silver (“Sterling”) on the outside; the lighter insert itself (the part that holds the wick, strikes, etc.)
Weighted: The base is weighted to keep the lighter stable on a table. “Sterling weighted” is often stamped on the bottom.

The base has a few dings.
I do not know if lighter still works.
Still this is beautiful and polished and a RARE and vintage Lighter.
