Vintage PORCELAIN FLORAL CHINTZ GOLD CHINESE TEA SET Teapot Cups Serving Plate

Vintage MCM Chinese porcelain China Floral Chintz / gilt gold 6 piece tea set - includes teapot with lid, charger/serving plate and 4 cups. Good vintage condition, one small chip out of the bottom rim of 1 cup - see photos. Doesn’t impact the cup for practical use or display. Absolutely beautiful set, vibrant colors. One small spot of gold wear on the plate (see photo, hard to see), overall really nice condition. There are some darker specks in the white inside of the cups, they appear to be paint speckles as they are glazed over and smooth. Each piece is back-stamped with red vintage Chinese mark. Likely Republic Period (1920’s-1960’s).

The plate measures 10” across and weighs 1 lb 3 oz. Teapot measures 9” across from spout to handle, 5” width and about 6.5” tall with lid. Weighs 1 lb 3 oz. The tea cups measure 3” diameter rim, 3.75” across with handle, 2.75” tall and weigh 4 oz each.
