I believe someone has used a clear gloss (nail polish? glue?) to make her eyes shiny One of the inner eyes has a couple teeny pieces of lint(?) that got stuck as the clear stuff dried. There are some shinier spots on her face as well - really hard to make this show up in the photo, but you can see it above her left eyebrow in the 4th photo. Her hair is soft but has some flyaways so needs a style. I suspect the earrings are 3D-printed because they are a milky white. Nice hips.
