Vintage collector plate #2 in the Happy Trails: A Tribute to Roy Rogers Series. Entitled HOME ON THE RANGE, the 1994 plate features Roy Rogers (known as "the King of the Cowboys") and Dale Evans (known as "the Queen of the West") along with their palomino horse Trigger and the iconic HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU in rope-like script around the edge. "Happy Trails to You" was the signature closing song of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, and became synonymous with their image and legacy. The husband and wife team were the best known cowboy and cowgirl duo in Western films and TV shows in the 1950s. The limited edition plate of fine porcelain was produced exclusively for The Crestley Collection under license from Roy Rogers Enterprises. 8" in diameter. Plate # 865A. Certificate of Authenticity included. Still in its original foam packing. Never displayed.
