Basically brand new watercolor markers. The only flaw is that some of the tops are a bit messy but all of the brushes are in tact and are not out of shape or messed up. The markers themselves are in great condition with only a few used once or twice, all of them write well and the ink is not running out. I got them for $40 + shipping so I believe my price is reasonable I am still open to offers though! Please feel free to send a message if you are interested!
