Not perfect, but definitely a higher grade bill overall!
Rare collectors item known as a funny back Monopoly Money style silver certificate!

The only problem I see is that it has been folded in a few places. You should be able to pick up on that in the pictures. Overall very nice and clean and definitely not showing a lot of signs of use beyond the fold marks. One fold mark is a little heavier and shows up especially on the back. The others are a little lighter and not as visible on the face of the bill.
