This is a gorgeous antique soup tureen by Booths Silicon China, an English maker known for their fine transferware earthenware. The piece features a crisp white ground with elegant blue and gold detailing and a fitted lid.

Decoration: Blue transfer design with gold trim Measurements: approx. 13" L × 7.5" W × 5" H
No chips, cracks, or scratches on the exterior.
No loss to the gold or painted decoration.
Overall light crazing consistent with age (c. early 20th century) A few tiny nicks to the interior of the bowl. Small areas of light interior discoloration (see photo #5) transfer where in gold is in amazing condition for its age, I do not see any gold loss.
Clean and displays beautifully. This tureen is nearly 100 years old and remains in lovely condition. A fantastic addition to any antique china collection, English transferware display, or for use as a statement serving piece.
