This is a two ball bearings freshwater automatic manual pickup system silent anti-reverse instant change spool quick change . Is what I'm assuming for fly fishing. Comes with everything as shown and also a bag pouch with the box. This is a very expensive reel and the boxes are collectible too. Comes as shown to my knowledge I don't think it's ever been used if it has maybe ever one time.
