Just a clipping of the letterhead header for the Texas governor's office. Includes only the state seal, ornate "Governor's Office," and "Austin ___18__." There is some handwriting on the reverse and glue residue.
Best I can figure is that someone wanted just this portion of the letterhead for a scrapbook. Still, it displays well. Measures about 2 x 4 1/2 inches.
