Please see pix for details. This vintage skirt is an excellent condition. If it fit me, I would keep it, but it does not. No stretch, but the front tulip opening /faux wrap allows for some free freedom in movement and the hip size. I always thought this would look hot with a cool band shirt and some high top converse or some cute booties with fringe or snake print. Leggings and thigh high socks help make all skirts more year round.
