Signed on the back and on spring clasp 14k gf plus the makers mark of a conjoined TK for True Kay USA 1946-1960s
Opens and Snaps shut securely. Shaped frame inside where you can put photo of loved ones. The locket has a bezel set heart shaped blue stone as well as a beautifully etched rose with a matte finish
Unfortunately I do not know the stone. It’s a beautiful blue
