Uncommon article. The beads were "tin cut" first - machine pressed. This leaves the soft facets you see on the top/bottom of the bead. Then they went back and cut/polished the band of facets around the middle, leaving the sharp faceting we know Swarovski for. HTC = Half Tin Cut (I think. I actually haven't seen this term before, unlike the more common TTC)
Box has no logo, but all other markings are standard Swarovski. Huge 14mm nuggets definitely make a statement!
