Vintage Footed Art Deco Grindley Tunstall England EPNS Pottery Biscuit Barrel Cookie Jar Made in England
Lovely Art Deco style Biscuit Barrel Cookie Jar features a beautiful floral pattern with silver plated rim, lid and handle. In great vintage condition with normal light wear commensurate with age and use as pictured. The bottom of the barrel is stamped Grindley Tunstall England Logo. The rim is stamped "EPNS Newhall". It is for cookies and biscuits, but it would be a beautiful planter, catchall or just pretty as it is on a bookshelf, desk top or bedside table. I don't polish the silver as so many people prefer the softness of the patina. Measures approx 6.5" x 6.5" x 8.4" tall with handle.
