vintage Stebco hard plastic briefcase

This very cool retro briefcase by Stebco is from around the 1960's. It's a hard textured plastic. The interior tag says : tempered tufide/ the tuff abs thermo plastic. It measures 17"L X 4 3/4" W X 12 1/2" H. It has a print fabric lining in black, red & tan. The top has a expandable 3 section file compartment with a strap and snap closure. 2 slip pockets and pen slots. It's in excellent condition. The exterior shows just minimal signs of wear. The interior is clean. It does have a storage odor but I am airing it out. It has locks but no key. It has some history inside. Found with the papers you see. It belonged to a police detective in Vineland, NJ. It contains numerous letters of recommendation, a certificate he received and a letter of him declining the office of sheriff. Dated from the early 60's and 70's. I always find things like this interesting since all vintage items have a past. These will come with the case. I ship same or next business day.
