Art deco Anchor Hocking milk glass striped mixing bowl 9x4.5".
Wow...... Stunning ! Looks futuristic ! Love the red and black bands ! This predates Pyrex and CorningWare but this was the Pyrex of its day probably without the thermal and shock properties of modern kitchen glassware.
This bowl is in stunning all original condition and is near as I can tell in mint condition and it's quite large at 9" by 4 and 1/2 in and I noticed there were a couple others online for sale but they were not the big ones so I'm going to make an educated guess and say that when this was made it was part of a stacking set because I've seen three sizes already ... including my own.
