Vintage Effanbee Adorable "Sweetie Pie Doll" circa 1940. Composition head, arms and legs on a cloth body, painted facial features, Blue eyes, rosy cheeks, closed mouth with a red lip color and curly short hair. She has all of her fingers and toes, her composition is in good condition, she is marked "Effanbee" on her neck. She comes wearing a beautiful vintage flowery satin dress.
Eyes open and close but do not rotate side to side.
The doll contains what looks like a speaker cover but it does not work.
Dress may not be the original.
