Model 8813S Blenko Vase.
She is stamped on the bottom "Blenko 2002" I love the modern and unique style of these vases made to look like paper bags. Blenko calls this color "Turquoise" but I see it more as a true blue. She glows green under Blacklight. No chips or cracks, just some minor scuffing on the bottom from being moved around on my shelf- nothing a little polishing won't get out.
