About the artist: Bill's career began at the age of 17 as an apprentice at the world famous Waterford Crystal in Ireland. After a 5 year apprenticeship, he achieved the status of Master Crystal Cutter and continued at Waterford for another 7 years. Bill came to the United States in 1989 and has been creating his own exquisite crystal ever since. He is one of a handful of Masters in the United States today. Bill's crystal is the highest grade of hand-cut crystal available on the market today and is never mass produced. This beautiful collectible paperweight will ship from a nonsmoking, pet free home with great care.
