This is a brand new item. It was only taken out of the box briefly for inspection.
However, the tip of the umbrella held by the child figure is broken. Please check the photos for detail.
Since it's hand painted, the paint job may not be perfect. (The broken part can likely be fixed with some glue.)
That said, the Figurine itself is absolutely beautiful.
