I absolutely love the style of these little old folk paintings of children playing in Haiti.
Each painting is done on cotton cloth applied with gesso stretched over a handmade wooden frame.
These are each 9.5"×9".
I am estimating they are from the 40s based on construction and signs of age, but could be from the 60s.
Each has a few minor condition flaws, none of these really diminish the pieces in my opinion.
This listing is for both paintings, but I could split them up; if someone really just wants one of them, send me a message.
