This designer is Located in the heart of Beverly Hills. couture atelier S. BALIAN is known for its craftmanship and design since 1995. This is one of their early designs. Can be worn many ways adding pants instead of the skirt , mix and match the tops etc. The only issues are shown in photos of a little stitching pulling from hem split in back. 3 small specks on the jacket near shoulder which can easily be covered with jewelry. This may have been worn 2x.Truely a vibrant red hot outfit. Great for the coming up summer season without jacket, or perfect for holidays Please ask questions or request additional photos.
