This skirt is from the high end Montreal boutique Scandale - Levesque mixes fabrics & styles to produce one of a kind funky elegance. I have tried to find this skirt online & have been unsuccessful. I do think it is a very unique item!
There are minor spots pictured on the front Pink Stripe - I have not tried to remove. They honestly get lost in the folds and movement of the dress
