Vintage Italian Modern Space Age Desk or Wall Mounted Clock Radio

Wow! This is another rare find folks! This large, 14x8.5 Vintage Bush Branded Clock Radio is so sleek and minimalist. Found mainly in Europe, a rare few made it here to the states. Made by the Rank organization, this clock radio works great. The long wave radio channels were not picked up because we are so far from them, unlike in Europe. But the medium wave channels pick up several local stations. Just dial the radio down to where it says “local radio”. There are 3 other knobs for volume, tone, and the tuner.

To keep with the minimalist aesthetic, no numerals are indicated; instead there are large “ticks” where numbers should be. This awesome clock radio has no alarm, but I wouldn’t think you would use this that way anyway. Also, what’s cool is this clock radio can be laid flat on a desk or console table or hung on the wall. It takes one “D” battery and a whopping six AA batteries that must be fitted inside 2 specialty cases, which I have purchased and included for free for you!
