Garage sale find. A neighbor man told me this was his first car phone, then after he thought it about awhile, realized it might have been his second, as I am recalling.
The cover of the wires has almost entirely disintegrated. I'm not sure what else has come apart or is broken.
I have no idea what way there would be to test such a thing!
