George Rauch was born in Austria in 1924. He passed away in 2006. Art Gallery of North Wales featured George Rauch's work in the past. His work has been offered at auction multiple times. The frame on the right side has some wear. This vintage piece is 50 years old and as I understand quite rare. Print looks very good, so does mat. Frame, especially on the right side has issues.
