This is the rarer version 1 with a black face Caped Crusader. 1960s-70s Batman portable desk lamp made by Vanity Fair. I am fairly certain that it works, although I do not have any of the correct bulbs at this time. I have had it for the better part of 25 years and it worked the last time I tried it.
