This machine is simply amazing. All you have to do is follow the included recipes and you get fragrant, nicely-shaped bread in a little over three hours from start to finish. With zero prior experience, I’ve already made several different breads in the 2 lb and 1.5 lb size. It’s best to have a metric scale handy that covers the measurements found in the recipes. Then add the ingredients in the proper order as explained in the user manual. Using the controls, select your recipe, loaf size and crust preference; then hit the start button. That’s it!
If you like, you can also add dried fruit and/or nuts to the handy dispenser, which will add them to the dough at just the right time. Bread can be made the usual way or on a time-delayed basis. Just bear in mind that the not-so-silent dough mixing and kneading cycle starts about three hours before your target time
