Please read the whole description. This is a brand new vacuum that I got off a pallet of items I ordered. It works perfectly, turns on, works and is clean. It has been tested. As you can see from the photos the handle on the cannister is broken. The cannister is fine, all it needs is a new tank lid which can be ordered from Bissell for $18.39. You can go to their site, type in the model number and find it there. Box is a little bent from being in my garage but the vacuum does include all pieces and accessories. Will be sold as is. I can send a video of it turning on and working if you want, I just couldn't upload a video here. This exact vacuum sells for $278 online brand new as shown in pictures.
