Works good. Universal charger included. Factory reset The battery doesn't hold a charge.The original charger stopped working so I got a universal charger that works great. When I plug in the charger it stays on but it's at zero. The only downside is the computer's juice. The PC shuts off if you move the power cord a bit so you have to leave in one spot/ keep the pc level/ on a flat surface. It will also go shut off/on once But it is still functional. It got me and my sister throughout highschool/ college. College papers,live lectures,lock down browser, midterm and final exam all nighters, And has allowed me to make countless film scoring / tv session audio demos etc. if you need a computer ASAP this one needs a new loving home. It still holds up. BUYER BEWARE: It is windows 8.1 so might need updating overall since it's an older system.Speed, Drivers, pop ups, security features, random clicks/ pops,diagnostics etc. but since the battery is the way it is the price reflects that.
