Includes theatrical and extended versions of The Hobbit, an unexpected journey, the desolation of Smaug, the battle of five armies, and the Lord of the rings, the Fellowship of the ring, the two towers, and the return of the king. Discs are in Blu-ray and 4K ultra. It does say on the front of the package that there is a digital code, but the code had to have been redeemed already. It is expired other than that everything else is included.
