Vintage Orvelo Taxco Sterling Silver Leaf Earrings Screw Back Mid-Century Modern

Vintage sterling silver leaf earrings by Taxco, Mexico artist Orvelo. Acquired from a private estate collection, these mid-century modern earrings are a long ear climber design with screw back closure. Stamped hallmarks on back of earring. *Please note, the screwbacks are stamped “Alpaca” for Alpaca Silver (a Mexican silver tone alloy that is not sterling silver) but the actual leaves are stamped 925 for true solid sterling silver. These earrings are great alternative to clip on earrings for non-pierced ears. 1.5” length. Excellent pre-owned condition with natural patina commensurate with age.
