Its is a good as new snaredrum that I bought 4 months ago and have not found any use in it as I only bought it for my school band but they already had a snare drum, the lever works fine and I can take the tape and cracker jack sticker off if you want me to, I put the tape on it because I thought it would change the sound but it did not , and I do not do shipping or card/check I will only except cash, my location is, 1380 Dittmer Cir SE Palm Bay Florida, or the gym / pool area or Waterstone village
