What a great find at a thrift store in SW Florida! This valuable piece of animation history was found to be undamaged when removed and examined after spending decades in a badly scuffed and dusty plastic frame with thin plexiglass. The acetate transparency and matting are still in great collectible condition and remain mounted as original. It’s been sealed up with fresh archival foam core backing and shrink wrapped to maintain its integrity.
The old frame has been discarded but you’ll receive the original backing and plexi bundled in with the 18x16 matted art. (See photos)
No COA was found other than as pictured. Cartoon character “Tweety” is 5x3 and the acetate film measures 13x10.
